Good signing, guessing 4-4-2 for rest of season:
    Rb - elmo/macca
    Lb - robbo/fig
    Rw - lennon/ ramerez
Lw - brady/quinn/ince (if not loaned)

Decent players in those positions but i bloody hate 4-4-2

I would say right midfield is our strongest position in that Elmo plays there and he never misses a game. I would have gone for Matt Jarvis on loan to play on the left wing imagine how many crosses we would get in per game

Still, wouldn't say no to Lennon brilliant signing.

Hull boss Steve Bruce says the club are close to agreeing a loan deal for a Premier League player - reported to be Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon.

Bruce has made no secret of the fact he wants to recruit some fresh faces to counter the threat of relegation with particular emphasis on bolstering a forward line hampered by injury and inconsistency.

Bruce didn't name Lennon but admits Saturday's game at the KC Stadium may come too early for any potential new signing.

"It's always nice top bring one or two in if you possibly can to give everyone a lift in the squad and that's what we've been working on really hard in the last couple of days," said Bruce. "Let's hope we can get them over the line."

"I wouldn't have thought it would be done by Saturday if I'm honest. We are working in particular on a loan deal but I wouldn't think it's going to get done before 12 o'clock. I would like to say it would be but I really can't see it."

Lennon has struggled for game time under new Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino.

Let's hope history doesn't repeat itself for Brucie; I seem to recall his woes at Sunderland started after getting three or four Spurs lads in - Malbranque, Bent, Hutton ?

To be fair, Thudd and Lennon are quite a bit better than Malbranque and Hutton.

Bent did class for them too.

At the time I was surprised at how they went down the table, like you I thought Malbranque was quality, with Bent to score the goals I had them as a team on the up ....... funny ol' game eh ?

Really? I'd say Malbranque was better than anyone in our squad, and definitely better than Huddlestone has been for the last 12 months.

Watched him completely man mark Pirlo out of a game last season, Juventus looked lost.

Not saying he was poor, the lad is a great player - Just think Thudd is a better player all round.

Alex Bruce had Luis Suarez in his back pocket in one game. Just saying.

Fair enough, entitled to your opinion!

Highly doubt Bruce or Huddlestone could get into the team who are currently top of Ligue 1 though.
