    He is now staying until March 1st and I gather we cannot increase the loan period. What would we have to do to convince him to stay permanently by buying him, or is that possible under the crazy rules inflicted on clubs like us?

    Wembley..should we qualify to play Walsall then maybe .....just maybe there will be action before 11PM Monday EVENING

    Why would he want to take a pay cut to play for BCFC? I can only hope SC prises a top striker away from a League One Club this. There has been little press re Doyle

    Strange situation. Why have we only extended it for 1 month? Why not 2, or 3, or 6 until the end of the season? It could be costly that we're going through this window, knowing we're losing Smith in March, without getting a replacement.

    You would think that at the end of the January transfer window you would be able to extend loans till the end of the season - wouldn't you? Has sanity totally disappeared?

    One more month is the maximum allowed for a player who has played for three clubs this season.
    Either FIFA or UEFA rules.
