........ to see if you're clinically dead or not <ok>

If you fail to be spiritually lifted, at best, or simply smile, at worst, during this performance, then a loved one needs to call 999 ............ they should explain that a crippled old Mexican fella, who could piss on every X-Factor winner combined, couldn't make you consider why modern music is totally fkd.

Great to see someone put their heart and soul into something they enjoy, to good effect. Its infectious.

I had to endure the local 'voice' program on tv, earlier tonight. Christ. Poles apart, in more ways than one.

And there you've nailed it mate.

If it makes you involuntarily stand, clap, stamp your feet, dance, sing along, smile, cry or thank the heavens ....... then, that's the real power of music.

Simon Cowell and his bunch of freak judges don't have a ****ing clue,

I feel so sorry for the 'new generation' who are force fed endless overproduced conveyor belt 'X factor' rubbish.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with this 'Olly Murs style music', in fact it's perfect .......... and that's the problem.

It's so engineered & arranged that it becomes banal & lifeless.

All of the songs are a similar series of words that sound profound but are bland and only crammed in because they rhyme.

Nothing is left to chance and no risks are taken ........... it's music written by robots, sung by robots & bought by robots.

Too true Smug, the singers I listen to are not going to win many singing competitions but their lyrics, music and delivery are exceptional. Plastic muzac has it's place, hopefully as far away from me as possible <ok>

You are right, manufactured bands and their music have been around as long as I can remember mate, still find it just as difficult to listen to them though <ok>
