Article from Sky Sports where Matty says we have every right to believe that we can finish top 4 .http://www1.skysports.com/football/...to-believe-in-making-the-top-four-this-season
Posted this because Sky mentioned it this morning, but now notice it is a couple of days old. Apologies if posted elsewhere.
I'm enjoying watching Merson squirm. He said Arsenal would finish 30 points ahead of Saints. When challenged last week before the Arsenal game he revised it to 15. Cant wait to see what he has to say this Saturday.
Fair play Saints. You're doing fantastic. Long may it continue. Up in dreary west London however, it looks like Harry's time might be up: http://www.not606.com/threads/mcintyre-tweet-harry-going.288974/ http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/footb...dknapp-believed-4973742#ICID=sharebar_twitter
Lets hope so...love to see him fired because has been found out again to be a crap manager who has become the medias darling and can do no wrong
I hope they don't sack him. Would love to see him take another team down and also would like Man U to drop more points.
Like one of the comments in the thread. Probably makes sense...as long as you are sure that a player we like will suit you. ''If Southampton want him he's likely to be decent. Probably a good idea to have someone following their scouts around, better than investing in our own network''.
If your scouts unearthed the next Lionel Messi, if we landed him he'd turn to sh*t within a fortnight
Cripes, that's one disgruntled supporter. I suppose I can't blame you. It must be quite testing for you to find out that your club has learned diddly squat from their last visit to the PL, just a couple of season starts ago. But how much better would he be if he wasn't at QPR..? Only kidding, he's very good. I'd have no problems with him being in a Saints squad, but I think we already have a superior all-round CF. Charlie for back-up perhaps..?
Give us a break? You lot asked for him and you got your wish..your lucky break.......remember this? We did laaarf before it even came true yet you rejoiced the 'saviour' arriving. please log in to view this image
Well, there's always one assh*le on every Board I guess. I hope we stay up and rub it in your face when we next meet, Gimp.........................I mean Imp
http://www.gomarchingin.co.uk/2015/01/21/southampton-star-premier-leagues-best-ever/ MLT tops the list of PL's best penalty takers. Beattie is third and Julian Dicks is fourth...forgotten all about him. Expect DTLW to post a thread on this any minute
And Beattie never missed one while playing for us, just like Rickie, who isn't listed because of the "minimum of 10" rule.
Of course he is. He is a well brought up good looking Berkshire Boy just like me, Peter Osgood and Theo Walcott. More seriously I don't have a thing about QPR as I admired them when Dave Sexton was their manager and they had the best league team I can ever remember. Just talented player after talented player. I just detest 'Arry and can only ever wish him ill luck in football.
