Confirmed!! No problems with this, tho i dont like the guy, he is experienced and prob wont get a game anyway!! Its not as if its a permanent deal. In other news, it seems badgers move to Notts County is a perm deal, shame but not good enough!!
Can't say I've really liked Kenny to much. Very much in the mould of his long time boss Warnock. But he brings shed loads of experience with him,he's not a bad keeper either so yes as back up I'll take him. Bart is the number 1 deservedly so and is doing a fantastic job.
That is why I don't bother with TWTD to much drama over the little things.....little more level headed on here imo....with a few exceptions to keep it lively...
Yeah i know what your saying wcp, bloody SCOG and fieldmarshall, always on the wind up or abusing people!!
I have been avoiding replying to your posts so as not to cause conflict or upset things...... ...but that made me laugh....
It is what it is, a back up 'keeper with experience who will maybe never make the pitch, nobody is really going to want to join us knowing full well they probably won't play. It's a pity that Mick doesn't trust Crowe enough to sit on the bench, quoting the fact that he's never played a league game. Well if that's what is holding him back how about trying to get him out on loan for some competitive football. I can understand Mick wanting to have a better option for Bart, being where we are in the table. It would suck to tail off this season because Bart got injured and Crowe wasn't good enough. I'm sure there would plenty of people moaning if that happened and Mick had done nothing about it. There is always the emergency loan market for 'keepers that could be used too.
TWTD are in meltdown over everything. Noel Hunt was apparently the worst striker ever. The only one TWTD was right about was Connor Sammon................ I avoid that website for a reason, the people on it or 95% shouldn't be allowed on a forum.... As far as I'm concerned - Kenny > Gerken any day of the week. Very good keeper, or at least was.
You cheeky fecker welly! I notice you're not complaining about the two Port Láirge fellas knocking in the goals!
Let's face it, Kenny will only get a look in if Bart picks up a knock. Gerken will be back in a month or so and Paddy will be on pretty cheap wages on a short term deal. Can't see the harm in it.
