Surely the week or two before would be better? Suss out the squad and 4 weeks to bring in your players rather then using the transfer window up
sussing out what you've got to work with. If AA was to let Brucey go, and I sincerely hope he doesn't have a brain fart and sack him, we would, IMO, be well and truly bolloxed.

 

now i know AA does have a major tendency to have multiple brain farts, usually accompanied with opening his mouth, but even he aint that thick ??? is he ????

 

To be fair to AA a lot of other chairmen would of sacked Bruce by now, no matter how much we dislike him surely he deserves some praise for sticking by Bruce.

 

I don't think anyone deseves praise simply for not doing something stupid. No one's praising Bruce for not re-signing Junior Lewis.

 

Steve Bruce should have been sacked long ago.
