Know we are still a long way away from this and no doubt we might go through a bad patch... but if we did....
Just wondering how pricing would work if we were to achieve european football.
Would any potential home games be included in Season ticket prices at a higher cost?
Would away games be offered in the same way as fa cup games or league cup games are in the sense those who have been to 3 or more away games get first pick?
Do season ticket holders get first pick of the knockout stage?
Understand people will not know this but was wondering if people knew how other clubs have offered it in the past eg Wigan, newcastle.

    I will humour you.

Because of the qualifying rounds coming after the sale of season tickets, you won't be able to buy them as packages thrown in with the tickets, but like with Cup games you'll obviously have first priority to buy your own seat up. If we're through to group rounds then many clubs offer those games in batches as a mini European season ticket.

Seeing as you're a optimistic sort of chap. When we finish second or higher at the end of the season and qualify for the group stages we'll probably offer the Group games with the Season tickets<whistle>

Also hypothetical. Our away fans have been superb of late, do we think many would make the trip abroad?

I definitely will be. Missed out on Steau all those years ago. I would think about forgoing season ticket and using money as a travel budget. Love going to St Marys, but with internet and Sky you can watch games for virtually free and travel would add a new diemention to the football going experience.

There will be a novelty value to it and think plenty of fans will take in at least one game, but you will probably see matches against the likes of West Ham & QPR who charge £40 for a match ticket not sell out as a result(which I think is a good thing)

I think the tickets will be priced 40% higher than PL tickets until we expand the stadium :) kidding

Cheers for humouring me. Was just interested how other clubs had gone about pricing when a European surprise had happened. Fulham, Wigan, Newcastle etc. Still half a season to go, but what I have seen so far has been good enough to perk my interest.

Third and above quality for group stages. 4th place will have to qualify for the group with a knockout game against a decent team.

Oh Yes.....went to Bucharest where we took over 2000, did Hamburg, Limerick which was light years ago. If we ever did get to play at the elite of Europe I wouldn't miss it for the world and I'm sure thousands would be the same.
