Yes it's true. Pretty gutted about this but it was likely it was going to happen when contract talks kind of broke down :(

So glad Senna is not coming. I love our policy of signing young, hungry players with something to prove. Not paying for someones pension when they live of their reputation.

I agree slightly with that :) ... I love our policy of getting young and hungry players, They seem to have the determination to prove what they can do each and every game (unlike some older players who will latch onto a contract with high wages and be as laid back as possible during a game). But I would also like at least one player with the experience of playing at the highest level, Still willing to show he's still got the quality to stay there.

How perfect would Senna have been dropped in the middle of what we have , honestly thought he was coming our way .

I'd have loved Senna to join us, he could provide a steady hand and an experienced head as well as a lot of quality. However he would have to join on our terms for an amount we can afford and that was always unlikely.

With him being 35 when the season starts i wasn't really bothered if he came or not but he could have done some sort of job for us.

Owen Hargraves is so desperate to join a Premier League club , he's put himself on you tube showing him training . I really think this former 34 million buy for Manchester United & once regular English national team player could be had very cheaply .

I wouldn't mind Hargreaves. I would offer a pay as you play deal though.

In all seriousness Hargreaves on a pay as you play deal until Christmas would be fantastic. I'd be shocked if a bigger club didn't offer him something similar though.

If he's selling himself on you tube , nobodies breaking down his door . I think there are a few great years in this hard luck guy , Fergie has a pretty good eye over all

The talent is there, it's whether or not you can get 35+ games a season from him, if you can't then we can't afford to have him.

You'd have to be suicidal, to consider Hargreaves, he is injury prone, and I think his career is at an end, though pay as you play contract would be the only thing that any sensible club would offer him!...............

Wouldn't mind taking a punt on Hardgreaves, tidy player. Would have to be on a pay and play contract until we can see he's up to the task.

Forgot to mention he has a Welsh mom . Played his " soccer " a few hundred kilometers from where I live . The thing about signing Hargraves is he won't want to sign where he won't play regular . I think we could find a regular place for him , unless I'm suicidal !!
