I think this is how were getting out of the Embargo and why we will see Warnock,Wootton and possibly Austin leave...

    Intresting part of this is...

Despite the transfer ban Leeds can sign players if there are slots available in their agreed and registered roster for player personnel. Currently there are 4 available in the 24 man roster or five when Noel Hunt leaves in January for Ipswich Town. The signings must be free and up to 10k per week in wages. This will allow options for Neil Redfearn ‘for emergencies’ when the loan window reopens in February too.

If this is right we've got 5 spots for Transfers so far with a possible 2 -3 opening up so that leaves us with 8 spots for Transfers.

That's how I understand it as well, the 'up to 10k per week for wages' is the sticking point though. I can't see the point in letting Wooton / Austin leave to just bring someone in on those sort of wages. They won't be a marque signing exactly. However, using some of those spots for loan to buy deals could be a great piece of business.

TBH I think Celino took that meeting back in the summer so he could see who he was going to sell off, I don't think he wants any of the last few Admins players, he only wants his own.

Everybody is talking about Cook, Mowatt and Byram leaving. Yup I can see that especially as Cook is linked to Liverpool and Scum. Plus there is also talk of Jack Hunt from Palace joining so it's either Byram leaving or he's being pushed in to midfield

As long as they are on loan or out of contract (free) we are not allowed to pay any kind of fee for them.
