Looks like Scott Wootton is set to leave on a permanent deal with Rotherham as well... Scott Wootton has returned to Leeds after completing his loan spell at Rotherham but could head back to the New York Stadium on a permanent basis as the two clubs are said to be in talks over a permanent deal.. http://www.teamtalk.com/leeds-united/9642574/-? Should we be allowing him to leave for a team who might be near us at the wrong end of the table at the end of the season? As he can cover for RB I think I would hold on to him unless we are getting a fee.
You're not going to believe this, but I almost fully agree. One extra caveat - he can leave only if we get a fee AND we have a good replacement lined up. TBH, I'm not sure that he will go, as we've still got £500k to stump up to scum, apparently. We've discussed this before, and I think it was yourself that pointed out that Rotherham had recently splashed out £800k, so money might not be the issue I thought it would be. Would still prefer to get rid of Pearce instead, tbh. Wonder if Zac Thompson will be pointing out that he's filled the RB slot for us before?
we have just signed shaun cummings our 4th addition 2 1/2 year deal are you actually gonna sign anybody or has Cellino extended his Miami holiday until Feb.
This could be the final piece of the jigsaw for you guys,as I feel you were 1 player short of the worst team the championship has ever seen.
WJ In said that Rotherham had offered 800k for Stevie May so they have got finances I would sell Wooton for 500k if only tp pay off MU
I won't lose any sleep if Wooton goes permanently. I did think there was some promise when he signed but at the minute we have far too many "backup" quality players, and that is firmly where Wooton is for me.
