yes, that's the answer - just give up on supporting City because you tell me to. OK great idea. CRETIN
We need to stick with SB, I'm unhappy as the next man with what is going on with form, injuries etc.i admit I find some of his team selections puzzling, three CB's on the bench yesterday I know were down to the bone with player's but no Sagbo (I know he's not a world beater but he's a forward) anyway sacking SB is not the answer, all it would be is history repeating itself (Phil Brown) and I don't think I could take the pain of another Iain Dowie turning up at the K.C. As I said in another thread, what we must not do now is not panic, 1) with the manager 2) and in the transfer market, no panic buy's.
After his couldnt give a **** performance against Arsenal i doubt any manager would want him anywhere near their team at the moment. Contrast that to Macca who had a major fall out came in and did his job. He's leaving, he's French, he doesnt give a ****.
I tend to agree with this, as I think these injuries have made switching managers a pointless exercise; if someone decent was put forward in late November I would have said yes, though., as he squandered points through very poor selections and subs. I like your Cpl Jones moment there, Pudseytiger
The Allams must be pretty confident in Bruce still as they are letting him go out and replace the Assistant Manager. If they were thinking about jetisoning him any time soon then they would probably have asked him to put that on hold as the first thing a new Manager usually does is bring in their own backroom staff.
Or is this the reason why no one wants to come as assistant manager as they don't see it as a long term position, or is Bruce looking for someone who wouldn't be seen as someone who could replace him.
Let him finish the job. He succeeds or fails based on his decisions. Could do with some luck though just at the moment with regards injuries - never known anything like it. Might need the full 40 points this year and a last day Sky Sports ****fest. Premier League / Championship - not arsed. # You can stick your Hull Tigers up yer arse #
To my mind; Brucey has without doubt earned the right to see the season through and at the very least start the next after his achievements to date; all of which have been above my expectations (and dreams in most cases). This season we have been really unlucky both in terms of injuries and events in some games and whilst some of his decisions have seemed odd and turned out not to work; some have seemed odd and turned out really well. As manager; he has brought me 2 of the best seasons as a City fan despite all the name change garbage in the background and for this I am grateful and will back him to the hilt as I beleive he deserves.
