Nope, I'm quite happy being a ****, rather than being a fickle ****. I'm also not surprised that the only person to take up your offer was Brady's **** Flaps.
Keep him till the end of the season. Meanwhile, everyone do imitations of Steve Bruce picking his nose: please log in to view this image
Major thing you're all forgetting is, who would replace him? Not a massive club, not many managers available, crazy owner and all that. Don't want Dowie back, do we?
AA is a fantastic owner, as far as management is concerned - doesn't interfere. Our only hope was Pulis and he has just gone to Baggies. I fear for us now.
I know that you're not referring to me as a fickle ****, I want SB out before it's too late, whereas you want to see just how we're doing. fickle [fik-uh l] adjective 1. likely to change, especially due to caprice, irresolution, or instability; casually changeable: fickle weather. 2. not constant or loyal in affections: a fickle lover. yup.......... sounds like you.
You are confusing Macca with his younger years, the Macca who wrote,, Give me women, wine, and snuff Untill I cry out "hold, enough!" You may do so sans objection Till the day of resurrection: For, bless my beard, they aye shall be My beloved Trinity. ,, was just a young Macca scribbling lines on the cover of his syllabus. Years latter Macca would write this, expressing his wish to be as constant as the north star pressed against his loves breast. Bright star, would I were stedfast as thou art-- Not in lone splendour hung aloft the night And watching, with eternal lids apart, Like nature's patient, sleepless Eremite, The moving waters at their priestlike task Of pure ablution round earth's human shores, Or gazing on the new soft-fallen mask Of snow upon the mountains and the moors-- No--yet still stedfast, still unchangeable, Pillow'd upon my fair love's ripening breast, To feel for ever its soft fall and swell, Awake for ever in a sweet unrest, Still, still to hear her tender-taken breath, And so live ever--or else swoon to death. See, not fickle at all.
So, Macca is prepared to stick by Bruce and that makes him fickle? You yourself seem happy to change manager/call players **** at the drop of a hat when things go wrong. You may need to check who is more fickle, sunshine.
http://www.moneymarketing.co.uk/pic...ions-burying-heads-in-sand-240414-700x450.jpg yes let's wait till april before we do anything. didn't we do that with PB?
my biology teacher once told me that if you put a frog in boiling water, it will jump right out. But if you sit it in cold water and slowly apply heat, it will stay there and slowly boil itself to death question is... why cant anyone feel the heat increasing?
PB was March. Injuries are our downfall right now, changing the manager is not the solution. That's not head in the sand, we're in a relegation battle but a new manager will only face the same problems. Bruce has made mistakes this season but he is the one now who has to see this season through. We can't fall into the trap of chopping and changing managers, as the minute a new bloke comes in and loses a game the 'fickle folk' will be calling for his head as well.
We won't get a better manager than Bruce, his issue now is the lack of options, rather than poor decision making, he's going nowhere and this is a pointless discussion.
SB has his problems but unless we get a miracle we will be fighting relegation up to the last day. we are better than our position now & this thread is pointless as is sacking SB
Mixture of in jury's and poor form from last seasons key players, need dawson, Robertson and diame back asap, hudds and Livermore to show a hint of last seasons form and an attacking midfielder that bruce is finding very elusive in the building
There are 9 teams in the ****. Surely 3 of them are worse than us? Relegation isn't the end of the world either - the Championship is a great division.
