I don't have a moustache but then I'd be happy to give some of these girl riders a length

    Cyc/Ron <laugh>

Cyc, not to bore you but here's a couple of absolutely true ones about my mum "Dolly". One day dad needed something or other from her handbag, opened it, and there were about a half-a-dozen bookies' cheques in it, some over two months old (they were only good for six months in those days). Dad got ahold of her, told her to put her coat on, and packed her off to her own bank to deposit the damn things. One day she went with dad to the Brighton races but didn't feel like going into the course, so they arranged to meet after the last race. When they met up again around 5 p.m., he asked what she had been up to. "Oh", she said, "I've been flying over the Channel in a Tiger Moth, it was great fun. The pilot was so nice". Dad nearly had a fit (he'd never flown in his life). She really was quite the gal.
