    Still 2 weeks away from fitness and our club doctor has left the club so I presume some fight has occurred

    It's apt that you have the word 'breaking' in the title of the thread and it's about Sturridge.

    Nonetheless, hopefully we can get him into the first team and leading us higher up the table. It won't fix the underlying issues at the club but hopefully it can help mask them temporarily.

    I'm sure he'll still be injury prone. Hopefully this will be his last long lay-off for a while though.
