You did over pay for Shaw though... And good strikers are always worth a lot more than left backs, especially mid season.
I think he went on to prove that he was actually worth minus! Chelsea would have had to pay AC to "sign" Torres so he could be loaned to Atletico Madrid! If not what was in it for AC?!
Maybe we did but I don't think Southampton would have sold him for less and he might turn out to be worth a lot more than we paid. Has the potential.
But he's crap whereas Bony was the top scoring player in the PL in 2014. I know you're pissed you look like Jonjo but be quiet child

Could you please learn to use the quote function correctly? Also he certainly does have the potential to be worth £30million. He wouldnt be the first former saints left back to do just that
My cousin is 18 years younger than Shaw so is worth £100m Given what inferior strikers go for, £30m is a good deal for City. £30m for a left-back with barely a year's experience is/was far more of a gamble.
£30m for an obese injury prone left back is overpaying £30m for a proven PL striker is far less of a gamble
Both are over priced. Both are a gamble. Both will probably end up not living up to the price tag. The end.
What on earth does this have to do with United Matth? It's pointless, has **** all to do with United, so why not post it on the ££ity board?
