I had my first day back at the gym yesterday. It has been 2 weeks without it. (I usually don't gym over Xmas). I ache badly and I'm at work.
Glad to hear she's alright! Easy to forget that driving is one of the most dangerous things we'll ever do.
Had my first gym session of 2015 today. Tried convincing myself I had flu, gippy tummy or ingrowing toenail, but I went. Bit harder to start with but then okay. Am feeling holier than thou today (when thou includes everyone apart from Beefy).
To all you tech savvy dudes. I have just treated myself to a HP Slate 17, running on Android . Any advise on what anti virus, adblocker etc to install ? Cheers

This kept coming up on my facebook only to be dismissed by roided up tossers saying he was only doing half press ups. People seem to completely miss the idea of disney land in favour of proper form.
Plus that is a real press up. Press ups only describe the motion. So as long as your chest doesn't hit the floor and you bend your arms it is a press up.

So the system is still down at work. There's only so many ways I can pretend to be busy. Any suggestions welcome.
I'm only in a small office. I definitely can't pace around descretely! Other people seem to be finding things to do, which is why I was pretending to be doing things too. It's back up and running now so I suppose I should actually do some work now. Thanks though!
Unless Beefy or someone else knows better, I had always thought that antivirus was not much use on an Android...it's because of the way that programs are run on the system, and Android itself does all the verification of apps etc when you download things.
