All set-up for Taylor to win his last Worlds tomorrow, don't like the man but no doubting he is a legend of his sport

I think it's the same for any dominant force in sport - people can't wait to see them get knocked off their perch.

I think there have been times Taylor has let himself down over the years as well, like when he last played Barney at the World's and stormed off the stage.

At least you are still in with one of your predictions!

My second favourite Xmas present after a full size leather laced football as a kid was a dartboard, which dad set up on the inside of our kitchen back door. It had no trebles and because the kichen was so tiny(Council house) you had to go into the small pantry to get the right distance squeezing between the sink and the kitchen table along the way.

Became fairly good and in my early 20's played as No1 for a top British Legion team in a club comp in and around Lancaster before losing interest and hardly ever playing again. Love watching the darts particularly the World's as I lived for a while as a student in Muswell Hill, within a stones throw of Ally Pally.

Darts is a **** sport though. It's like crown green bowling for tattooed chubby chasers.

Green Bowling well known for it's entertainment value...

Delighted for Gando. Played brilliantly and had no luck in winning it. That 180 drop out was incredible!

    Oh this'll be fun.

Is it because I enjoy fast paced precision sports? Or maybe I like the drama of it?
