Good luck and well done to you both...I'm kind of torn...Extra mods means more chance of getting banned, But as one of them is my other half...does that mean i can get away with more then..? It means you'll be more harshly treated than anyone else. You have to help set an example now because the mods can't be seen to be showing favouritism to you.
I have no doubt that both Beth and Tramore will do a great job, better than I could. Thanks to both of you and a Happy New Year to everyone.
I will upset many people but I think the mods should have no history with the club. To many personal favourites and dislikes.

You post on the QPR board. Elsewhere on this site there is a similar one for Aldershot. Your suggestion would mean they need a moderator with no connection with the their club. I take it you would volunteer for this role, perhaps in exchange for an Aldershot fan moderating the QPR board. It would be extremely boring of course, because I assume you have very little interest in Aldershot. And you wouldn't have much time to read, let alone contribute to, discussions about your own club. Not very attractive from my perspective. This is why fans of the club who are regular posters and have established themselves as level headed, well balanced contributors, usually end up volunteering to moderate their own clubs' boards. We are very lucky to have what look like a steady stream of such people who volunteer their time to do the role, and do it very effectively.
A rather strange post for a relatively new poster.. The Mods on here are selected due to their absolute indiscretion and determining what is perceived as a wum post and what is deemed worthy due to the nature of the poster. Among many other criteria of course .
