Sorry guys if this has already been posted elsewhere, couldn't find a specific thread for it.

Just wondered what your thoughts were on the new BT Sport advert featuring carol singers?

Not knocking a bit of banter but they're in danger of alienating a lot of supporters with their advertising campaigns. We already had their pro-Liverpool nonsense last season annoying everyone but Scousers, in particular Gooners. Now it seems they're intent on irritating us and City followers too.

Couple this with their appalling punditry (has there ever been a worse analyst than Steve McManoman?) and it's about time they improved their customer experience.

.....there was about a 10 second time lag between the picture and the commentary during the BT Sport coverage of Newcastle v Chelsea at St James' Park last month. Bloody irritating and I hope they get it right for the upcoming Spurs v Chels game.

They are a joke tbh. I just dont pay to watch their coverage, and implore others to do the same, hopefully they'll go the same way as setanta soon.

    Terrible coverage IMO.

Today, BT Sport froze on my TV for about 20 seconds then came back on for the Spurs penalty. I get BT Sport free with my BT Broadband package but I certainly wouldn't pay for it.

I think your TV supplier was the issue (could be BT?). Mone didn't freeze and get mine free via Virginmedia

Personally I find it ****, a poor service with more error codes than a three fingered hacker. Complaining offers little other than a long fruitless conversation with someone in India.:headbang:

I've got BT broadband and had the game playing from my wife's i pad and mirrored to the TV via an Apple box. The game was a great spectacle nonetheless even as it was the wrong result for me.

Saw the lot on Virgin no probs in HD, comes free with the package. Cahill was poor. time to do Ivan at CB and revert to the known full backs.
