We have a few players out on loan. With the transfer window opening should we consider selling them or using them as a makeweight for other purchases and freeing up wages?

Chicharita, Nani, Zaha, Powell, Anderson (honestly have no idea where he is tbh), Varela (RB bought a year ago and who wasn't even considered as a backup instead at age of 21 is playing in Real Madrid's B team)

Would let Chicharita go for a good price, we need the room for Wilson and Keane to come through and unfortunately the Pea is a bit like Ole, has his biggest impact off the bench.
Nani i would hate to lose as i know what he is capable of, would like van Gaal to give him a season and see if he can get him to perform consistantly.
Powell not good enough i fear, the same for Zaha. Anderson sits at the back of the bench most weeks cheering with the rest of th supporters, great talent but no motivation, such a waste but he has to go.
We need a back up for Rafael but playing in Madrids B team is not the kind of experience Varela needs, would like to see how he performs on loan to a lower Prem or Championship team before judging.

Bring Nani back. Think he will thrive in this current team. We lack pace, especially with Di Maria out.

    Sell the rest.

Not a bad call, LvG would make use of his abilities better than Moyez. Always thought you never got the most out of Nani tbh.

Matth will be crushed if Zahaldo sold.

I'm still not sure how we're going to line up when we have all of our options healthy. Who gets dropped when Di Maria is healthy? Mata, Rooney, and RVP have all been playing great. Who gets dropped for Di Maria's return. I'd view Nani as Di Maria's back up. I think Nani is a good player, but I'm not sure where he'd fit in tactically if we continue with the 352. Sell him to the LA Galaxy.

I think he will very likely go back to a back 4. In which case IF we get Nani back, he'll either be backup to Di Maria r play in his best position on the right, and Di Maria on the left. Not saying that will happen every game, but Nani won't be back until the summer at which point it will very much be a squad game with cup comps and european football. It certainly gives us a lot more options.

Even without Nani, when Di Maria is fit then either RVP or Falcao get dropped. Mata has to play.

I agree if we are going to keep using 352 then I don't think Nani would have a future here. If Nani hasn't got a future here then I wouldn't mind using him to get Carvalho as I think he is a great prospect.

Powell has been recalled <laugh> Agree with Diego, he's not lived up to expectations I had, sadly.

Powell hasn't been recalled, he was sent back by Leicester as his attitude in training wasn't up to scratch!
