3 of them are away, but more of a worry is us winning 4 at home when we have only won 1 at home this season.
WBA, Leicester and Swansea will attack us giving us the opportunity to break on the counter. A tight defence could mean one goal will be enough for 3 points. Bruce has an 100% record in City/Sunderland games. Everton are struggling to put last year's form together and we play them Thursday. We'll get a bounce back from the Leicester defeat. QPR are rubbish away from home and Villa are having a poor season and have difficulty scoring. The alternative is less than 7 wins and.......
They've played 8 of the top ten away, and Everton. And they've obviously played most of the bottom half at home. Their crap away record is far more down to their opponents than to any supposed home/away strength or weakness.
QPR re not so good on large pitches, their own patch suits the way they play, Loftus Rd is one of the smallest grounds
The wins; the thought of relegation should not be attractive to anyone, but it is looking very likely. The game that was bigger than a FA Cup Final was a self proclaimed watershed by our manager. Lah, lah, lah , lah, life goes on.
I decided to try and be positive for a while but I came across something I found quite staggering. Whilst I understand contextually it doesn't mean a lot because all of these teams are in different leagues it is still a little concerning. It does however contextualise how bad or good each team is doing terms of their own league. In 2014 we are the 3rd worst team in the English league with only Hartlepool and Blackpool below us. 2nd lowest league wins behind Blackpool. In fact we find ourselves in the bottom 5 for fewest league goals, home wins and bottom of the league for all teams who spent all of 2014 in the Premier League. http://www.sportingintelligence.com...st-of-english-league-football-in-2014-311202/ Bah Humbug
please point out to me where I am wrong! I guess some of you sheep are happy finishing in the bottom 3.. "well at least we're higher than Lesster" yeah but for how much longer?
You do realise we're currently not in the bottom 3, don't you? Or are you just being your usual ******ed self?
you did read the bit 'for how much longer' didn't you? you will never pass your GCSE's if you can't read.
Scraping just above third bottom mid season with a year of disgraceful league form is hardly encouraging. We have the third worst form in English League football slightly in front of Blackpool which is somewhat worrying. Some people seem to bask in and laud up anything Bruce says because he is one of the only credible managers we have had in recent years. Just because Bruce says what ever is necessary to save his job, it doesn't make it true or right. I say this waiting for a taxi. Pffffftt
if we don't get a result against everton we need to replace bruce with lennon.. aka bruce please go to newcastle
