Wasn't sure about him at times last season, but he's a really solid dependable defender now. Well done Flinty !

Immense this season and NO YELLOW CARDS. Says a lot for his timing.

    Didn't know that!

Flint to me has been the player that has impressed me the most this season. Just watching him play has shown that he listens to the coaching staff and improved his game. Under SoD I thought he was looking shaky and a weak link, since then a different player. His role is now to win the ball release to either Ayling or Williams and let them bring it out.

He has impressed me a lot this year. He is confident on the ball, good at tackling, got in vital headers and good going forwards.

He has been our second best player behind Freeman so far this season.
