I think we win this one. 3-1. Bit of a bogey team for us but they look vulnerable like any Martinez side. They'll keep the ball but defending is not his forte. They should suit us in a lot of ways bar Lukaku is exactly what Colo doesn't need right now!

We'll be lucky to get a draw. Everton have some really gifted footballers, and while recent results have been pretty atrocious, nobody has been worse than us in the last three/four games.

With the injuries, the fact our defence and goalkeeper might as well not be playing at all, and the fact Everton are desperate for points, I am expecting a canter for them. Leighton loves playing us anyway.

According to the DM, Tim Howard and Phil Jagielka are likely to miss out for Everton whilst John Stones and Kevin Mirallas are doubtful.

we have a habit of handing our arses to 'out of form' teams to give them a confidence boost.

At the moment neither team can score and neither team can concede, so anything is possible. Personally would say 1-1.

Which Newcastle team will turn up? Will it be the side that beat Chelsea or the pathetic bunch who have rolled over against Sunderland, Spurs, Arsenal & Man Un.

Going for 1-1 which is decent for us but both sides could do with a win here, think it will be a cagey affair and our defence definitely owes us a performance after the last couple of weeks. Coloccini hasn't looked the same recently and I would be disappointed if Tiote just walked back into the side as he has been a let down for large parts of the season. Would also drop Gouff, (permanently if possible) and stick Cabella (or anyone for that matter) in to have a go at a makeshift Everton defence who have conceded a few this season.

Just seen the team as i posted this - frustrated to say the least about Gouffran, and Anita must be seriously out of favour not to be getting any sort of look in over Tiote, Williamson Tiote and Gouffran in the team, along with Alnwick just is not the recipe for success.

Disappointing. Arma should be in, not Goofy and what does Willo bring to us. P45due just picking his favs again. We have a better set of players on the bench. Good to see Santon back.

FFS thats a **** team. Can't wait for the ACON so that Pards can't pick Tiote. Its just a shame Abeid is away too. Can't see us doing well with this team. And why is Gouff back in the team again?! He's done nowt since coming back into favour to suggest he deserves it. Get Cabella on it

Intersting fact. Newcastke have not won a game this season when Willo and Goofy have started in the team together. In the 14 games Willo has played in we have won only 3 but have conceeded 27 goals.

Amazing that Pardew then persists with these combinations everyone can see don't work, nowhere near enough craft or guile in midfield. As much as I've been impressed by Colback and Sissoko at times, they aren;'t like Cabaye was for us.
