No one is denying that QPR supporters are devoted, hardcore fans..... the point is, there are not many of them.

I have no idea how anyone involved in the scummy violent hooligan behaviour of 70s and 80s can speak about it with any pride. Those ****ers made going to matches unsafe for so many people. They gave the police an excuse to act like ****s and for clubs to put up fences which led to Hillsborough and other near misses. I ain't talking about chelsea hooligans ... I mean all of them...spurs hooligan ****ers caused our greatest manager to quit after rioting during a cup final in Holland. Thousands of chelsea fans would have stayed away just as fans of all clubs did. I stopped going to matches as a 16 or 17 year old in 83/4 and only went to a couple of matches until the early 90's ... the biggest reasons were the violence and racist **** that made it not worth it. Slagging chelsea fans for low attendances in the 1980's is stupid imo. happy christmas

My post was in response to Elsie who was taking pride in the fact that Chelsea fans 'sneak in and out' of Loftus Road during the modern era.
