Thought i'd start it early. Think Brucey will be drumming it into the lads we beat these 3 times last season. Whats changed? Nowt. We can beat em again. Meyler to do a job on Cattermole just like last season and get him sent off hopefully. Few of our players with points to prove. Gotta be 4-4-2 surely? Greegsy Rosy Chester Davies Robbo Elmo Meyler Quinn Brady Jelavic Hernandez Come on Brucey fire them up.
A good read this and best wises to young Raich. An ex Endike lad is GC, intelligence shines through. http://salutsunderland.com/2014/12/...ou-bruce-jozy-and-ben-arfas-attitude-problem/
I'll piss myself laughing if the opposite happens. This board would descend into meltdown. Haven't you been cryin like a little bitch over Cahill? You're a classy fella Chazz
If Meyler plays, the midfield is theirs. Which he will. And it was Elmo that got Cattermole sent of last time wasn't it? Or are we not counting the cup?
Sky did a piece on Cattermole before the Newcastle game about how Poyet has helped him mature and do a better job protecting the back four without picking up the red cards and less fouling. 1 minute into the game, Cattermole commits a foul outside their own box. Irony.
Putting an early mark on the game. It's tactical. Many players do it and have done as long as football has existed. Bad example fella. QPR is a better example, the one game he'd lost his head this season and let the old Catts sneak back in.
Even with all our injuries and suspensions (6 starters for sure) We shall still have a better starting 11 than last season. Guess it all comes down to who wants it most now. I wonder if Roy Keane will be in attendance again ?? lol.
It is a shame that Huddlestone did not take out Cahill instead of Luis @ Chelsea. At least his red card and 3 game ban would have been worth it.
Absolute bollocks. I'm talking the robbing Cattermole on the halfway line and running half the length of the pitch to score in the Cup. Your continued rubbishing of one of our more than capable squad members reflects badly on you.
I like Meyler, a bit hit and miss, but he can pull off some decent stuff, he likes to attack and he's a real nuisance in the middle. If Livermore had a fraction of Meylers tenacity he'd be a far better player imo.
We have had some awful luck in some games and are about 6 points light of what we should have had. In saying that we have not yet reached the halfway mark and only after the new year games will the PL table really mean something. Has he ? Plenty of time to improve then eh ? Correct. Shame it was wasted on Luis and not Cahill.
