Anyone going? I'll try and watch it ala how I did Boro ( technology I love you ! )

Horrible fixture this, would be delighted with anything. 7 wins in 8 for the bees, buzzing along!

I thought Parr was superb vs Boro and would be harsh to drop him should Mings be fit. Otherwise i'd imagine we could be unchanged.

Tabb + Anderson are certainly showing their worth of late, keep it up boys.

    Thoughts!?

I have got Brentford tickets, standing however I am bit of a short arse so I may not be the best to give a summary!

I actually think we will be putting another sides good run to an end, I fancy us against anyone ATM, I think Ty will be back in if fit, my worry is Skuse, in the past when he has picked up a knock it always seems to take him a week or two to get over it, with Hyam potentially still not ready for a start we may have a bit of a problem with our DCM position on Boxing Day.

    2-0 Town
If Skuse doesn't make it a midfield of Tabb, Bru and Bishop would be good. Parr could also fill in that DCM position. Mick could go with Ando, Tabb, Bish with S. Hunt, Murph and Dids up front.
Another championship game, another dogged display with some sprinkles of quality and another win for us.

would be happy with a draw against the bees, but I'm sure MM & TC will have a plan up their sleeves to get us the 3 points.

    I'll go 2-1 to us. Didier x2.

    3-0 Towan
    Murphs
    Bishop

We shouldn't be fearing anyone and Brentford will not have faced a harder working team than us. They aren't as skilful as Bournemouth. It will be a hard game of course it will but Mick will have the boys well prepared for this one. Lets end the year on a high and we could go top if other results go our way!

I'm still trying to work out the difference between "fast" and "quick," is it what we canaries would call "thick and fast?" ;)

3-0 Warkie!?!? I'll have some of what you've been having!

With Mick going for the home win/ away point viewpoint I really cannot see us rattling up such a pleasing scoreline here.

Looking at Brentford's home record of late-

    * 3-1 home to a very decent Blackburn side.
    * 4-0 hammering of off-form Wolves.
    * 2-1 victory over rapidly improving Fulham.
    * 2-0 victory over title hopefuls Derby.

This is a VERY hard game guys! Small pitch, in your face atmosphere against a side playing lovely flowing footy. They were 3-0 up AWAY at Cardiff on the 35 minute mark. I have a very bad feeling about this fixture, going for a narrow 2-1 loss. We shouldn't be fearing any side no, rightly put, however this is a very tough fixture for us. Like you say Warkie, we work out nuts off every game so it will depend if Brentford can move the ball quickly enough!

Just how big is this game!?!?!? Possible chance to go top, put daylight between us/ teams outside the top 6.

Or the chance for Norwich/ Forest/ Blackburn/ Wolves to get right back involved.

I still cannot believe just how close the table is this season.

How the hell are Wigan SIX POINTS off safety!??!?!

Gonna be tight and I expect they're thinking exactly the same as us. Could swing any direction, I reckon, somewhere around 2-1 either way or 1-1...

OK I'm gonna stick my neck out and go a 2-0 win...with Fulham revived hanging on for a draw at the Cherries.

That my friends will put us top...with returning players pushing for a place. My only concern is the old bone of MM not being quite convincing with his sub tactics - apart from that, I relish the prospect of a confident ITFC holding on to this rich vein of form til January at least. By March/April we often seem to play better as the first warm Spring sun shines over PR - anyone else notice this over the seasons?

It's funny Gaffer but I've thought that under Mick we seem to pick up more points during the colder parts of the season, where the fancy Dans and Billy large spuds don't really fancy putting in a shift or getting cold.

2-2 draw, and I'd take that in a heartbeat.

3-1 to Brentford, slight blip but soon back to winning ways, I can't see how johnwarksmoustache thinks we will win 3-0, lets not get arrogant now, it could come back to smack us in the face, a little like it has the budgies after all their crowing early in the season.
