Cracking thread this, well done son..

He wears the red n' white shirt, you should be behind him regardless..<ok>

The Swedes love him more than any other in their national team, he is in a solid Sunderland team now which will get stronger and better. IMO we are better with than without..<ok>

What a shift Seb is putting in these days....when he went off at the end he looked physically ****ed. He had given everything on the pitch....just an immense performance!

We will play more attacking football with Bridd and Laarson. Cattermole let everyone down with his foul on 80 secs. Was ineffectual after. Why does he ? I can't understand.

Disagree. He wasn't booked until much later. I think he rarely lets us down these days.

My first name on the team sheet.

Unrecognisable from the Seb of 'this time last year' !!
Don't beat yourself up marra... Everyone gave him stick (and rightly so!!)
Maybe the 'stick' we gave him was the kick up the arse that he needed?
So, his MOM display at SJP is partly down to us ?!?!?

I said last week after the west ham game that Larrson was immense and motm. Against Newcastle he was better than immense. He ran miles and put tackles in, linked up the attacks, joined in as an extra man and as an earlier post says the ball in for Fletcher well that was brilliant. In addition, couldn't fault any of them on sunday .Just wish they could take their chances and do the mags over for five or six in one game.

I dont think there is a much between, and for me it is not one or the other but both, they are different types of player, one relies on speed and commitment the other guile and movement, both can pass a ball and I think just like Fletch and Whicks they could be easily fitted into a 4-2-3-1 line up, this is not a purely defensive system as some think, with the right coaching it could become awesome, and it suits our current personnel down to the ground.

He's been consistent all season, for me it's between him and Catts who has shone most, they've both been superb.
