didn't DMD argue the fact that if you change their name, you change the whole organisation? so it is OK for one company to change it's name, but the team shouldn't cos then that changes everything?
i'll leave it to you to stop any changes to personnel. after all, it's never happened before in 110 years.
i missed any news/info on the merge / change / swap or whatever it is - probably as im in the middle of moving house . As a member of the CTWD group do i need to reapply for the HCST or do they transfer over ?? - i appreciate its been covered somewhere but ive missed it completely
You've got your own website for this sort of thing, its pretty busy i expect but you'll get em answered eventually.
The end of CTWD coincides with the end of a year's membership for most of us. Dunno how it works for someone who joined halfway through the year, but there won't be many, and it was only £2.
You'll have to join again, as this is a trust and every member has to buy a share, full details will be posted shortly(cost details etc are on the CTWD website, shortly to become the HCST website).
If your worried about the Hull City Supporters Trust been a spin off of the CTWD campaign group, then why not ask those in know if HCST will continue the campaign for keeping the name or if the name change does continue would we see the re-birth of CTWD to pick up where they left off!
I joined CTWD to be a part of a protest group, it worked up to the point of the appeal which given the FA's total ****ness may still be granted, I won't be joining the trust because I believe like the old Tigers Coop it is a complete waste of time. The Allams don't run Hull City like a democracy or a charity, he's a hard nosed businessman out to make money, no business lets the customers tell them how to run it unless they are shareholders, and the trust will not get any shares, your going to go to meetings and it will be all polite nodding and when you've gone, it will be, yeah right, like we will take notice of those silly ****ers. Name a top football club where the fans have a say, you can't because there isn't one, don't waste your time trying to sway Allam he's a bastard who deserves our contempt.
