I think that must have been written at a time when "king" Kenny was hoping for a move to United. You tend to find that players suddenly inform the public that their "boyhood" club was such-and-such, whenever they are vying for a move to that club. Obviously, for Kenny, it backfired, so he changed his boyhood club to 'Pool, and the idiot Mousers believed him.
I thought you liked your history? First Kenny, then Carra.... have you ever had a player who hasn't supported your rivals?
Turning into a thread about players who played for Liverpool but either supported or managed their rivals. Can we find any others?
No chance, your comeback is flawed and you know it! Now...would you like pictures or just a list. I see Lallana is the latest.
Yep, moved on to pastures greener, which is why he became SIR Matt Busby and later we had SIR Alex Ferguson. but no real surprise, only the really talented managers get a knighthood
A bit like Shankly visiting Bellefield for treatment most days in his old age as he wasn't welcome at Melwood.
