You can win the title but not on current form. You can't keep getting away with it like at Arsenal and Southampton, winning games scoring with every shot and De Gea having worldies. The well will dry up inevitably unless your form picks up. So are you going to get found out or will you be a really good side once you hit some proper form? Time will tell as they say. But with no other distractions it's certainly possible.
I honestly believe we can win the premiership this year and we can be catapulted to the Champion league title next year. Rooney looks absolute sheer class in the way he kept dropping into midfield and instigating the play against Liverpool. I think this will be Rooneys new role in which he is allowed freedom to dictate play

We've played City and the chavs, and played well against both. Got a draw with Chelsea having dominated the game, more shots and more possesion. We also played City and only lost by 1 having had to play most of the game with 10 men. I'd hardly refer to that as getting slaughtered. You have to also remember that our side on Sunday had a make shift defence, we will be stronger once all our players get fit again

No one has said we are going to win the title. We've said we can win the title. There's a massive difference there - we will need Chelsea and City to slip up, and us to sort out defence out, but stranger things have happened in the PL.
If he is trying to put pressure on us then he must believe it to be true (the fear is rising). I can`t see it working with LVG
