If the top six is the aim, we need more than a couple fill-ins when January rolls around. Can't count on the team remaining totally healthy, and we need options when players go off the boil. We need another Tadic-like player in the worst way...someone who can drive the team forward and pick out a pass, because that final pass has been so very lacking over the past month.
People having a dig at Burnley.... We played poor and Burnley got what they wanted. It is football it happens.
Very disappointing result at the end of the day, I feel like we improved a lot in the second half but felt that the penalty miss really was the key point for us, if we'd scored that I'm sure we would have won.
Rubbish. Let's be honest, Ings was great and their keeper was decent, but the rest of their team was devoid of quality, and there for the taking. We just weren't able to do it, and gave away another poor goal. Very lucky they were, but not impressed by us today at all.
Last 5 games 1 point. I thought we were going to beat Villa and Burnley easily. We are worse against the lower teams at the moment. Trouble is there is no one else to bring in. Spurs and Man C have 2 full teams in their squads, we dont even have one.

Well these results happen. Always have. Always will. It's as yet, in my memory, never signalled the end of the world. We'll be okay, we're just having a pretty horrid run right now and it's now that Ronald's experience should hopefully come to the fore. On the plus side, great to have JWP and accurate crossing/dead balls back.
