Well I guess we only have ourselves to blame. Those were two **** goal to give away and for most of the match I thought we looked the better team. Disappointing really as Man U really didn't deserve to win that at all.

 

Gutting. I thought we were the better team. We really lack depth and if Van Persie (who, by the way, took every opportunity to have a niggle at the back of Wanyama and co) had been on our team it would have been a romp. Defended Mané first half, when I thought he was pretty good, but he disappeared second. Hesketh was a non-entity - though he did play Davis through for what should have been a shot! Mayuka is not a prem player. A few back and a few in and we could go places.

 

So poor, how can we not beat a Man Utd team playing with Carrick, Valencia and Young in defence! Rojo didn't have a clue what to do with the ball whenever he go it and you could tell Utd weren't up for the game from the first kick. We literally gave them the three points.

 

Only ourselves to blame. Can see another loss at the weekend if we don't start taking our chances and keep defending like plebs.

Ref was a bit of a big team ref but the problem is that we are now playing like a lower mid table team. We are like a West Brom or Crystal Palace at the minute. Industrious and energetic but not enough quality.

Wish we hadn't beaten Sunderland by such a big score because we have dropped form massively since that moment.

Good performance given the poor replacements we have. Gutted it was against those jammy bastards.

 

We definitely didn't deserve to lose that, but you have to take your chances and we didn't. I just don't understand why Forster didn't come for that free kick, he's been so commanding in the box lately.

 

That game pretty much shows the difference in a team that will more than likely finish top 4 and definitely will be top 6 and one that won't. Utd haven't played well once that I've seen this season but have now won 5 in a row and sit 3rd
