Burnsy just tweeted that we have the option of cancelling the loan in January.

Start picking your loan strikers people...

OK, so HBA hasn't done a great deal.....but I feel that matches like today are the types of match where he'd be of significant use to us, Bruce like most of us on here looked at the 2nd half performance against Everton and figured that those 11 deserved to start today, the ruthless and perhaps sensible thing would have been to have played some of the more flair players, Brady / HBA instead of Quinn and Meyler on the wings today, giving us a bit more.

I do think that the Man U game aside, that HBA has been no less effective than any of the other midfielders the last month and a half and wonder if his man u performance is clouding the judgement of him a bit??

I've not seen Ben Arfa do anything that Brady can't do better.

How can anyone even suggest Ben Arfa is the solution or what we need is baffling.

This was his last chance saloon. He clear has talent but he's also a lazy ****ed who has not displayed any of his potential.

Bruce does right to drop him and send him back.

I was just as excited by everyone about HBA and I know he hasn't been given much of a chance but I feel he's not the right player for us.

There's no doubt he's really skilled. But he'd suit someone like Swansea or Soton more. We have to graft at the moment, we can't have players who don't run back and don't sprint everywhere etc.

Stop ****ing about and sign a 6ft 3 inch mean ****. Sell whatever we have to fund that. Davies Aluko whoever and sign Deeney.

    This really isnt rocket science.

Troy Deeney is 6' 0" and looks a lot smaller.

I would like to see Ince back and send Ben Arfa and Ramirez back and then get a loan striker, maybe James Wilson.

I can't understand why people pick Peter Crouch and play the ball to his feet outside the area. He should get as near the goal as possible - keeping onside, of course - and win every ball in the air even with a challenge from the goalkeeper.

And Anichebe is supposed to be taller than Drogba according to Wiki Peter but he ****ing isnt and he held every ****ing ball up today for them. If they didnt have him to get them up the pitch they'd have had **** all. You know what i meant and i'm not in the mood to talk semantics.

Sign a big beast knock it up to him hold it up and flood forward.Or, knock it up to Hernandez/aluko and watch them get battered out of the way.

Every time his feet leave the ground his elbows are at the opponents head height and the referees give a free kick against him.
Shame really, even more so when that twat Fellini ( sp ? ) gets away with actually leading with his elbows.

You think so? He always plays the easy ball with his feet and he always causes problems in the air when he's in the penalty area.

It doesn't matter who you have up front if you don't give them the right service.
