Just tipped a bottle of ancient ginger wine down the sink to make more room in the cupboard. Thought it looked a funny colour...then remembered that I had transferred a bottle of vodka into it (for some long forgotten reason). I didn't notice the label I'd put on it to remind me

 

I'm assuming the bottle was green and so you couldn't see the liquid colour?

Correct. Looked at the clear spirit as it swirled away, realised and saved a quarter of the bottle. I suppose I could have stuck a straw down the plughole.....but that might have been excessive.

I found a girl, I just need to convince her to go out with me. I've never been in a situation where there's someone I like IRL and the possibility of something is happening is still there. Whelan at it again. Said that when he was young Chinese were called chingalings and weren't offended by it. How does he know? They put up with it from customers...not the same as not being offended.
