Thanks, Swords. Harry's attitude can be summed up as - what will be, will be. How do we solve the abysmal record away? Harry's answer - win at home.

And his quote of the day - "When a team is promoted from the Championship, it's in another division altogether."

Just hope he's got some money in the kitty and his eyes on a one decent defender and one decent striker to sign as early as possible in Jan.

If he doesn't learn from his mistakes tactically it won't matter who we bring in. In fact we'll be better off saving the money, we may need it to pay the FFP fine.

and a decent fast wide man who can pass, and even shoot, and a decent CM who can pass as well as tackle, shoot would be nice too.

We're riddled with f*cking midfielders who can't score, if it wasn't for Charlie we'd be gone already. Hoilett, Phillips and SWP remind me of toys you wind up and let go, they just run aimlessly and lose the ball.

So many of our players just aren't comfortable on the ball and we concede possession probably more than any other team in the PL, THAT is what is costing us, particularly away from home. Any team that does their homework on us will know that if they press us, particularly in our own last third of the pitch we will inevitably give the ball away. It's unforgivable at this level...

Quick wide players. If the other team are pressing then there must be plenty of space to exploit behind them. The wide men need to break to allow our central midfielders to have an outlet other than a player five yards away. You can only get away with a couple of short passes before you're closed down and put under too much pressure. Unless of course you're Barcelona.

I agree, but our quick wide men aren't good enough at this level. They normally lose possession too quickly as well, and rarely create anything more than a few more seconds. We need new January.

We also need central midfielders who can just pass to each other in basic situations, under pressure, most of the time. With Ale missing ours in the main don't have this basic skill needed at this level.
