Totally agree with the above. Everton were ****e and the only time they showed any skill was in about the seven minutes during which they scored. We were the dominant team for 80 of the 96 minutes and were unfortunate not to come away with the 3 points
Sorry... ignore this if you have already seen the goals from last night, here they are for those who haven't. http://www.goalsarena.org/en/video/england-barclays-premier-league/03-12-2014-everton-hull-city.html
Despite a fairly small following, last night was one of the best away games in a long while. It's quite easy to forget just how bad some of that first half was. It was dismal, but Ole's when we finally got a few passes were fun. Quinn was finally put into the middle in the second half, Aluko looked a quality player again (and wanted the ball), and we were a different team! Maybe could have won it, but delighted with a point and, more importantly, the performance going into some important games.
well despite the so called experts on here lambasting his team selection, Brucie put out a team that with a bit of luck could have pinched all three points, so glad he`s in charge instead of some of the muppets on here. Good point well earned and deserved, on to WBA with a bit of confidence restored. In BRUCE we trust

Brucey put a team out that played utter ****ing garbage until he brought on a player who's capable of producing magic, who went and scored an excellent solo goal which gave the rest of the team a lift. In fact that team Brucey put out were so bad, they were incredibly fortunate not to find themselves 4-0 down at half time, which would have removed any chance of us getting that point Sone Aluko rescued for us.
the team he put out frustrated a very capable everton team, where you get the four nil from i have no idea, do you think it was just luck that everton played crap, its called tactics which stiffled the fk out of them through sheer hard work and graft, i suggest instead of looking for any negative you can find you look at the whole picture and study a few tactics. to that end we could have quite easily won the game at the end, with only one team looking like winning it. Sadly with your ridiculous statement at the base of your posts, i doubt you can actually see that but hey ho, enjoy your half empty glass.
Yes, Syd, I have praised his goal same as I would anyone who scored a goal for Hull City. That brings his tally up to 3 from 25 appearances so the big clubs should be beating a path to our door for his signature. I do hope we get an offer for him and Sagbo next month then we might possibly get a real striker in.
Oh dear. Did you read the quote from Bruce that he's only in the last few weeks started to train injury free since his achilles troubles?
We were ****e, but that's delusion on a kopite level. You had 42% of the ball and 1 shot on target in the entire game, how the **** can you claim to have been the better side for 80 mins and unlucky not to win? The one shot that was on target was a result of a Distin **** up and ****e keeping by Howard btw. Well done on the result, I like Hull and I'm certain Brucie will keep you up with ease this season. See you on New Years Day
