I've only ever had farmhouse (pork), chicken liver, smoked salmon and the aforementioned wild game, when I won a Christmas hamper one time.

Try the Crab pate Bealey, it is sumptuous.

 

It is strange that in restaurants they always give you too much pate for the amount of bread they give you. You would think it would be the other way around.

 

It's the same with the cheese and crackers buddy. Overdo it on the cheese.

 

This is true and then get the hump when you ask for more.
