Come on, moral is a bit low and we all seem a little too defeatist. Times have been hard, but we went back to wingers and looked better. Huge game today and we need to give all the support and let the fans give them that belief that we can win again. No negativity, no moaning. Lets purely just keep this for the people with some positivity. Ill start us off.... I Believe
I just don´t know any more tbh. I mean we started really well & have just ****ed everything up since Manc Poo. No goals or points in what 7 games, except v Burnley which we should of won, if I´m not mistaken ? so not alot to shout about at the mo is there. If we are going to be right down there (in the relegation mix) we really need to make sure there´s not a gap made between us & 17th or it could be cold mid week games again v Mid´boro & B&HA. Trying to believe Ed.
Only joking! cause I believe and i am going to lump on a City victory! easy way to double your money!
It was never going to be easy, and a number of our squad were going to take time to settle in to the standard of the Premiership. Thought Drinkwater may take a full season to settle in. In the Championship, he started really well, then got pressed and looked shaky for a spell, then the following season dealt with it and came out strong. Can see the same this season/next. Positives are long term contracts for our players, boardroom faith in NP, development of the backroom squad and training facilities, the academy sides development and of course our owners. I am not wearing blue tinted specs for this season, but I still believe that we have enough about us to avoid relegation. We will need to strengthen in January, especially with Mahrez off to Africa. Even though we have struggled to find the net recently, we have still created chances and in Vardy and Ulloa we do have 2 players who can score - we simply need to ensure that it is they who are given the opportunity. Huge learning curve for our still relatively young side, but yes - I believe.
Well put ... I agree. Didn't mind us losing yesterday because at least we went for it - totally different feeling to how I felt after the Newcastle game. Bit of a concern about our defending the 6 yard box ... confidence is at a low there - have to say it felt like there was a goal in it for the dramas anytime they lobbed it in there. If we can shore up the back line (and I would be in favour of giving Hamer a chance personally) - if Upson is fit he could well help in that - and can get the ball into Leo with some purpose and direction, then I'd be optimistic that we could turn it around and have a good season ... we need the same level of performance that we showed against Everton, Arsenal and Man United ... but we need it quick.
Look guys, we only have to finish 17th, that's 3 places and 1 point above where we are now. Did you hear that 3 places & 1 point It's not going to be easy, none of us ever said it was. I know we've had some disappointing results after the fabulous demolition of Manchester United, but we can overcome this and fight to the bitter end. Remember FOXES NEVER QUIT "Come on Leicester, Come on Leicester"
Throw cards in the air and see which three land face up, I reckon, hope, burnley hull and Stoke , you and us I hope will be alright ( you 17th us 16th ) with WBA av palarse and Sunderland in the mix, keep the faith
Nothing left but faith at the moment, maybe by the end of January it can be optimism again rather than total despair. Anything can happen in a couple of months, just need to keep the faith
keep playing like we are, with a consistent team, and we will win some. Scoring goals and the defensive errors ara so bad it must improve (that is a positive believe it or not!)
