Dawson Aluko Brady Aluko really made a point of showing up Ben Arfa's lack of application, I thought. Yeah - unfortunately he panicked when there was no United player anywhere near him, and managed to push it in the only place there was trouble.
Dawson - Could have been 5-0 without his blocks. Jelavic - Never gave up. Lonely battle up front. Aluko - Looked as if he was trying to prove a point.
Dawson - someone who has been at our club for but a short time but for whom it always seems to matter. Jelavic - he knew he was pissing in the wind, wasting his time and was going to lose but his comparative spirit won't let him cut down on effort. Well done Sir! Robertson - not for his defending, passing or awareness, but for occasionally looking threatening rampaging forward.
