Typical luck for us, injured by his own team mate. At least Barton's back, but if he or Henry get injured in the next couple of months it will be very tough going.
Maybe we'll stop playing two defensive midfielders now then, could be a blessing in disguise although I like Sandro as a player, and possibly a lover.
He has limped out of games about 5 times so far this season but he does have amazing powers of recovery though (to come back quickly each time). He's a bit like the T1000 from Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Sadly, every football ground seems like an iron foundry to him. He was getting better with each game and I wish him a speedy recovery.
Have to say he is one of the most injury prone players we have ever bought. Sadly as he is very much need against Leicester and Burnley....
Dont agree, hes been ok as hasnt done anything that others cant do! Against Burnley and Leicester and half the rest of the league Id like to see just one holding player out of Barton and Henry, maybe Fer in the middle with Vargas and Hoillet/Kranjcar and lets go for it!!!!!! and FFS Arry lets not get too distracted and negative worrying about the opposition......
Think we need all the fit players we can. Sandro is a good player and would have been very useful to have available, however well Barton is doing. He has more power and speed than Barton and Henry which we need .
Very true. But at least Onesize had an appropriate nickname. Sandro seems more Beauty than The Beast to me. The man's made of egg shells.
