I try not to argue for the sake of arguing on here. I don't agree with your point but I've explained why already.
1 final question though....... Would you report a fan sat near you if they regularly used racist language towards the players other sides fans? By your logic as long as it wasn't your race they were insulting then all is fine and well.

You may be right but with £150m in the club in one way or another he's the black piste we can't afford to slide off.

By the way the word black used as in skiing terminology.

    We are.

Some will agree with me, some will disagree.. But, Vincent Tan is the worst thing that has happened to Cardiff City FC.

    I agree with you Jay.

He's the worst thing that has happened to Cardiff City FC, but not necessarily the worst thing that could have happened. <ok>

I think it will take the benefit of hindsight to actually know whether that or Sparkys statement is correct.

If he is bought out by a more understanding owner/moves on after promotion back to the PL (at any point in the future), we could be back in Blue with a bigger ground and more stable financial footing than we've possibly ever had. Surely then Tans legacy could not be interpreted as the worst thing that has ever happened.

If he loses interest, we are still in the Championship next year (very likely), then we could be in just as big financial mess in red. Then there would be very few to argue and the protests will have a lot more about them than a couple of hundred people singing on 19.27 each home game.

Stevo - Tan is definitely the worst thing that has happened to Cardiff City FC due the divisive nature of his tenure.

It can be argued, and it's what I'm trying to say, that without his involvement an even worse scenario could have befallen the club.

Some will also argue that that they'd have preferred that, but that's just pissing in the wind.

    Another point..

As a fan and avid supporter, I am rapidly losing interest due to the bull crap that Tan seems to ponder on constantly. What business is it of his that Wigan wish to sign Malky? All this racism nonsense is doing him no favours. He had the upper hand with Mackay and sacked him. Whether any of us agree with that or not is another story. He needs to let it go.

I know a load of people who are also losing interest.

It's getting beyond a joke now!

When I was a regular at Carrow Road, I did sit next to a few people who were more than happy to spew racist insults (I dare say they are still attending to this day and still spewing it), and while I did not think it big or clever, no I did not report them. If you are suggesting that such a lack of action means I too am racist, then so be it, and I am guessing that is where you are heading with the question. I am not at all racist, although I am highly suspicious of certain ethnic minorities, and steer clear of them whenever possible.

I am very much of the mind of keeping myself to myself and let others get on with whatever they are doing, providing is does not cause direct harm to me or my family. Almost in a kind of Buddhist way, which may explain why I have ended up in Thailand, and rub along with everyone just fine <ok>

It will be interesting to see how many are prepared to renew their season tickets when the forms come out soon. I think Tan has built a red elephant over the Ninian End and will pay through the nose for his arrogance.

    ..........or we will eventually.

However, the upper tier is there and I can't see him spending more money to take it down. Changing the seats to blue might help matters if you're of that disposition, but he's probably even less likely to do that given his recent outpourings.

The only answer is to get the the club back up, but I've got a feeling that Tan is looking for a way to get out if that doesn't happen.

Nope, I'm not about to declare you're racist. Just clarifying the difference in opinion/approach.

I don't think turning a blind eye to everything that doesn't affect me is a way for us to improve our society on the whole. We've done that argument I'm happy to agree to disagree. <ok>

I'm not rising to your bait Breezy, and if anybody has any sense on here (and there we have that in abundance on this forum), they won't either.

Most Cardiff supporters have made their positions perfectly clear on the subject and that's all that really matters. They don't need someone from the other side of the planet provoking an ideological argument on the forum - we have enough of that internally without outside help. It is a matter for us, though of course you have a right to view things your own way.

If we accept your posts on here and elsewhere as a true reflection of your own personal opinion, that should be enough for you.
