I don't know why you asked about people playing Fer in ahead of Taarabt. He's a total irrelevance at the moment. He's as useful as a condom machine in the Vatican in his current state. No point in even mentioning his name Damage FFS.

The fact you actually used the caveat 'at the moment' he's an irrelevance says everything!!!

Maybe I should have said "for the last three years and most likely for the rest of his QPR career"

Did anyone see Redknapp's post-match presser? My son told me that he blamed our poor away form on the fact that we lack pace, yet he started with Barton and Fer in wide positions, whilst Hoilett and Phillips were sat on the bench!

Today would have been the perfect day to try three at the back again. We played three centre backs so why couldn't we try something that ou opponents wouldn't have been expecting.

Isla & Yun playing as wing backs with barton alongside our defensive duo. This would have allowed us to support our front men 7 was never going to happen with Barton & Fer as the wide players.

I fail to see how Isla was not up to playing (back in the country on thursday having played & trained to maintain fitness) & if required he could have flown direct to Newcastle.

This would have helped us defensively & given us more going forward than anyone else available would have done.

I still think we are very fragile and really didn't expect nowt from St James Park

    Home games are key

Lose them against Burnley and Foxes then goodnight and Harold goes

    Thank **** for that

Play Barton and we will lose more than we win

Fair play to Robbie Savage. He's getting a bit of life out of Alan Shearer on MOTD. "Whats the law?" Shearer asks. "What, are you a Policeman?" replies Savage

Savage isn't afraid to have a different opinion to other pundits sat beside him.

He's up there with Neville and Souness IMO

Barton should play, but not on the right. He should replace either Henry or Sandro, who are too similar and can't pass or protect the ball as well as Barton imo.

As much as it pains me to say, I thought Barton was our best player.

hi Kiwi, watched a replay of the match and honestly thought it was one of the worst Prem games I have seen, both sides were rubbish. Now that I have said that you will probably beat us next Tuesday. How is windy Wellington?
