QPR transfer news: Rangers 'in talks' with Argentinian free agent Pablo Alvarez. please log in to view this image Published: 14:10, 20 November 2014 JOCHAN EMBLEY Queens Park Rangers are in talks with the Argentinian defender Pablo Alvarez, who is currently a free agent, according to the player’s representative. Alvarez, 30, was released by Serie A side Catania in the summer and has been looking for a new club ever since. Predominantly a defender who can play on either flank, Alvarez is said to be keen to link up with Rangers boss Harry Redknapp at Loftus Road. Speaking to Goal, Alvarez’s British representative, Barry McIntosh, said: “Pablo has been considering his options, but he has always harboured the ambition to play in the Premier League and when the chance to talk with QPR and Harry came up, he jumped at the opportunity.” Alvarez started his career with Argentinian side Boca Juniors before moving to fellow Primera Division outfit Estudiantes. In 2008, he moved to Catania, from which he was loaned back to Argentina with Rosario Central before linking up with Spanish side Zaragoza. http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/foo...ntinian-free-agent-pablo-alvarez-9873139.html
He looks like he's been overdoing the Cannoli con Cioccolato to me. Not convinced. By the way, who are QPR Park Rangers? Are they the guys who empty the bins in Hammersmith Park?
Could buddy him up with Adel - he has a bit of Messi look about him? please log in to view this image
Ooops, lol, bad edit on my part TIMK. I'll change it and everyone will wonder what you're on about. Actually I might just leave it.
Isn't Harold's record with players he buys coming good about 1 in 6 ? We hear all the time about Bale yet he had **** all to do with him IMO apart from by accident he played him up the park because of injury I would force him to use what he has which is a good squad
We seem to be linked with everybody who has been left on the shelf and guess what. They're keen to link up with Harold Redknapp. Does he even know who we are or where we play? Can we have a real story please. We can put 25 into our first team squad. Why waste places on players who will never ever get to play for us. A thirty something Argentinian who cannot get into the first team at a bit part team like Catania and nobody else wants does not sound like a rough diamond waiting to be discovered.
Yes, stripes DO make you look fat.......Unless they're narrow, black and horizontal. Confused? Here's how to make them work for you... For years mothers have told their daughters that horizontal stripes do the female figure no favours and that vertical ones are more flattering. As a result, many women have spent their lives avoiding horizontal hoops for fear of looking fat. please log in to view this image Fools the brain: Narrow stripes seem to pull in Katy Perry's waist please log in to view this image Unflattering: Wide stripes make actress Eva Mendes look bigger than she is please log in to view this image Black and white stripes are the most slimming: But as actress Katherine Heigl shows, they need to be narrow as her striped shirt makes her waist look wider http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/a...-horizontal-Confused-Heres-make-work-you.html
Very informative stuff Kilburn! I can see this becomming our first ever sartorial advice thread.. Apparently blue and white full hoops are sooo last season. One thing's for sure though, I've been doing it ALL wrong!
What the f*ck are we doing being linked with an old Argie no half-decent Italian side is interested in? I think this is the usual bollox...
