Potentially good news for us........ Newcastle injury woe as centre-back duo Fabricio Coloccini and Steven Taylor are both crocked. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/newcastle-injury-woe-centre-back-duo-4640471
As well as this Mehdi Abeid who starred in wins v Liverpool and City is also out for a month after a toe injury sustained in International duty. http://www.themag.co.uk/the-mag-articles/cruel-injury-rising-newcastle-star-international-duty/
I'm deeply sadden to hear that the Toons won't be fielding their complete first team and request that the remaining team players enjoy a 24 hour 'all you can eat' pig-out on chocolate laxatives.
Tend to agree. Previously when I've got excited about the other teams injuries, it never seems to make much difference. Of course if Aguero had been injured.....hmmmm. Best just focus on us playing to our capability and hope that is good enough on the day.
I bet they do, even if not the whole match. Wednesday evening (or early hours of Thursday morning UK time). IMO more important than who is injured for the Toon.
We've been in very good form but losing Coloccini is a huge blow to us. We don't have many leaders as it is so it'll definitely affect us. With Abeid out too (who has been a revelation) I can see it ending 2-2, think both teams will score.
If Vargas and Isla come back fired up and ready, then who knows. Joey back too against his former team? That's usually good for a goal in itself.
