Poyet targeting quality over quantity

We're short in areas, that being defence, we've got a 24 man squad, only one short of the 25.

 

Unbalanced's the word. Two for each position would be nice and three young ones pushing.

 

Well we can have as many younguns pushing as we want, they don't have to be registered. But where the **** are they Ged?

If we get a full squad almost injury free and a signing plus a loan we will be fine. He should never have given O'Shea 2 more year and needs to ship Wes on. We will always struggle with these lads, may stay up, but will struggle.

 

If it was me I would buy 2 players of real quality. A centre back and a Striker. Then in the summer buy another 2 quality players. I am talking spending 15m a player.

If the squad is thin promote some of the youth, they can't be that bad surely??

 

I agree, JOS is the one to go, he should be promoted to the coaching staff, or sold to the highest bidder, as soon as possible.
