    We're short in areas, that being defence, we've got a 24 man squad, only one short of the 25.

    If we get a full squad almost injury free and a signing plus a loan we will be fine. He should never have given O'Shea 2 more year and needs to ship Wes on. We will always struggle with these lads, may stay up, but will struggle.

    If it was me I would buy 2 players of real quality. A centre back and a Striker. Then in the summer buy another 2 quality players. I am talking spending 15m a player.

    If the squad is thin promote some of the youth, they can't be that bad surely??

    I agree, JOS is the one to go, he should be promoted to the coaching staff, or sold to the highest bidder, as soon as possible.
