All of them are feeling a little bit of pressure after less than ideal starts, all are considered to be good managers. Which one would you prefer to be in charge of your club?

Poch - decent at Southampton, doing about the same as most recent Spurs bosses whilst trying to implement his system.

Van Gaal - proven winner, plays good football, has been a little bit tactically inflexible up til recent games (probably limited by resources). Still, not a great return for Man Utd.

Rodgers - Extreme student of the game, Liverpool played the best football I've seen in the Premier League for a while last year, yet had a torrid time thus far.

Redknapp - Did well at Spurs, Portsmouth. The mark against him is what happens to clubs after he leaves... but perhaps he's just managerial jesus?

Poyet - Up and coming manager... Did well at Brighton, earned his shot at Sunderland, kept them up last year against the odds.

I plumbed for Rodgers because, let's face it, Redknapp's sour puss is going to be even more miserable when Ashley shows him his scrotal sack after the line "I wanna sign Nico Kranjcar again... He gives good blowj... I mean he's awesome at free-kicks" is uttered, and while Van Gaal can attract the best players in the world to play for him, if Newcastle had him, we'd have to catch the baited players in a big ****ing butterfly net, because I somehow doubt the best in the world are interested in a Sports Direct mug and free umbro boots as a signing on bonus...

Rodgers has worked with low budgets and still implemented his system. It was a toss up between him and Poch. After Pardew's recent interviews <doh> a manager who can't really speak English is appealing to me, but I think Rodgers edges it with the players we have at our disposal.

I want Poch before he learnt English. Far easier to understand back then.

    Hahahahaha

    You are so Jamie Carragher's agent/lover <laugh>

Seeing as this is about manager's who are feeling a bit of pressure, Jamie could never be considered... He'd never be under pressure!!! Except when you and your fellow groupies corner him outside a petrol station toilet and force him to sign your bras

Rodgers. Smart man, and hoping he'll get things turned around soon.

Poyet is up-and-coming and has so much enthusiasm, and will surely mature into a fine manager.

Harry's too old and looks like he's about had enough. Poch doesn't impress me much this year, and ol' thumbhead is too inflexible.
