surely tom b must be worth say 200k or are we giving him away. my glass remains half empty. we appear to have a stronger midfield and defence and dave beaky mick and tich up front. i am at this stage totally disconknockerated and suspect town may wallow in the top 12

Quite a bit of negativity on here.

It's only the start of July and we have people already suggesting the best we can hope is Mid-Table, having said that we did have a Town fan on 606 last season stating Stockport would finish top 7 with Paul Simpson! So I'll keep with my own predictions for now.

 

I'm not feeling negative quite the opposite! really enjoyed last season and didn't expect to come 4th , shame we didn't get just one more point but thats history now and I am really looking forward to the new season and hope we can can do one better this time.

 

I think I am positive about things, just get unsettled hearing rumours of clubs coming in to buy our players. I would hope we would have near enough the same squad as end of last year with a few additions.

 

Think how good it'll feel when we're parading around town with the League 2 trophy, an all-conquering team having steamrollered anything that stood before them

Looks like Bradders to South Wales has cooled, Accy are squabbling over Gornell(don't blame them with their skeleton of a squad) and looks lke a tribunal. If Summerfield, Richards and Regan all sign we'll be almost ready to compete.
