http://www.footballbusinessawards.com/finalists.html I'm led to believe that we've done quite well in the 'Best Fan Engagement' section of these awards. Would prefer to beat City tomorrow but I suppose all publicity is good for the club.
The media team at the club do a fine job. I wish tony joey and rio would leave the media stuff to them and just shut the **** up
Fans what? You are joking ? It's free market research and brilliant exposure . We are in the news everyday on purpose ... Great for Nike The open claim of being transparent is then knocked back by a reasonable media team who IMO look like they have only just discovered the basic theories of modern marketing They are 5 years behind IMO The broadcasts are one step up from home video ... They know very little about sound and lighting and video and web production are very poor and very DIY . The tone of voice is beyond belief at times and generally the production of all media does not cut it IMO They are trying and good luck to them but there is a long way to go before you get to a professional standard
Crock of **** I have been involved in awards for 30 years and this one looks no different than a money making scheme for everyone Reading the QPR testimonial it's laughable but without doubt progression Are Millwall on there didn't check the entire roll of honour but their recent thing was outstanding Here's a quick guess Chelsea will pick up awards They are a sponsor after all Great chance to write off tax these awards that all it ever has been No doubting there are brilliant causes for recognition there always is Where do the funds come from for these events? How much does it cost? Could the money involved be spent in better ways for the fans? May fool a few but its a comets load of rubbish
the award was for fan engagement not production and I think they do really well at that with twitter, you tube and things like that. Well done
