Probably to do with congestion, but it'll place me outside of my bedtime zone! The once mighty Bolton, newish manager, could be difficult this one. Can't think of anyone famous to come out of Bolton, except big Nat and Francis Lee! C'mon city.....we will win! Mine too. Why are we so slow out of the blocks? 15 minutes, no shots on target ( from BBC) and now 2 down wtf.
So he's passed when through the middle and tamely hit a 'better than half chance'. Don't know how much longer we can wait for Alf to find his scoring touch. Hope he proves me wrong.
Can anyone explain why we needed THREE centre backs on the bench? Connolly yes to provide cover for FB's & CB.....can understand why we need one more.....But to have all three on bench is nonsense. Especially when we're crying out for creativity further up the field. I personally would have left either Turner or Gabbs out all together (which one depends on how fit Turner is), and had Daelhi on the bench....could even have just Connolly on bench & put Daelhi & Guerra on bench. Also I would have brought Kimbo on instead of Whitts in second half.
