That was such a great strike from Sanchez, so quick to react after the free kick, which he won and after setting up the chance by carving through the Anderlect midfield. Absolute world class signing and credit to Wenger for getting this man for our team
Credit to Sanchez for not being Wengered down yet. He's already complained that he's natural but doesn't "pass quick" enough. Alexis is the best signing of the season for me, but that a guy can come from outside at any price-point, and become a one man team pretty much from the get go is nothing to congratulate Wenger about. Everything Sanchez does on the pitch is something a Wenger player (under him for enough time) doesn't even contemplate doing, which is why he's having success.
I would like to see Ozil, Sanchez and Walcott together. But as we are playing mid week I would rest him.

Decent half from us. Played some good attacking football, was impressed with Oxo and Chambers and well as the absolute DON Sanchez. Welbeck has looked lively again and looks like he's got a goal in him in this game. Some shaky defending from MF at the start, we really need to ensure that we don't get turned around like that, thankfully we switched on to their threat and defended in numbers when we lost the ball. Would love to see Walcott get 30 mins and a goal in the 2nd half
